Islandpferdegestüt Isberg is an Icelandic-horse stud at Egestorf in the Lüneburg Heath, not far from Hamburg, founded in 2017 by Yvonne de Rijcke and Mike Hecker. The farm has 42 hectares of pasture available to the horses all year round and runs a small, family-feeling livery community alongside the breeding operation. It stands the five-gaited stallion Pan vom Vindstadir, who was presented in the breeding assessment at the 2019 World Championships in Berlin. German- and Icelandic-bred sale horses — geldings, mares including in-foal mares, and stallions, unbacked or backed — are offered directly from the farm, with an emphasis on matching horse and rider in person.
