Why we exist
The horse trade has run on handshakes and paper pedigrees for centuries. That worked when your buyer lived an hour down the road. It does not work when a yearling changes continents in a single week.
Hoofine was founded in 2026 by a small team of riders, breeders and technologists who had — between them — been burned on a bad wire transfer, a falsified coggins, and a pedigree that dissolved under scrutiny. We decided the next generation of horsemen and -women deserved infrastructure, not just marketplaces.
Our mission is simple: make every horse transaction verifiable, enforceable, and safe — from the first message to the final payout.
