Manja Kärsch-Kleine runs a mobile equine physiotherapy practice out of Egestorf, covering roughly a fifty-kilometre radius across the Lüneburg Heath and towards Hamburg. Treatment is put together individually from a range of techniques including massage, fascia work, dry needling, acupuncture, vibration therapy, osteopathy and bloodletting. Alongside the bodywork she schools horses and takes horses in for backing and training. She also teaches riders of all ages and abilities and does groundwork and trust-building exercises with horse and owner together.
