Withdraw from a contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract with Hoofine within 14 days without giving a reason, for example a Verified badge, a verification fee or an auction listing fee. You don't need to log in. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately by email.

Bought a horse from a business seller through Hoofine? Your withdrawal is addressed to the seller. Choose “Other contract”, name the horse and the seller, and we will forward your withdrawal to them the same day.

For example: Verified Member subscription, taken out on 12 September 2026

We will send the confirmation of receipt to this address. If possible, use the email address of your Hoofine account so we can find the contract.

Anything else we should know. You don't have to give a reason.

Next, you will see your withdrawal once more and send it with “Confirm withdrawal”.
