Tierarztpraxis Hanstedt is the Lüneburg-Heath arm of the Dr. Kaling group, combining a small-animal clinic with a dedicated equine and large-animal practice on the same site. Practice founder Dr. Jörg Kaling specialises in horses and alpacas, and four veterinarians share the equine caseload. The practice treats horses, small animals, farm livestock and New World camelids using modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, and also attends a nearby wildlife park. Consultations run Monday to Saturday by appointment, with emergency cover by phone.
