Top Hat Carriage offers horse-drawn carriage rides in Canal Park in Duluth, Minnesota. The business runs two to four carriages and offers tours of 20, 30 and 45 minutes covering Canal Park, the William A. Irvin Ship, the harbor and the aquarium. Rides run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday after Labor Day through the end of October, weather permitting. Reservations are accepted, and walk-ups are welcome.
