De Brugse Paardentram offers horse-drawn tram rides through historic Bruges. The business was founded in 1974 and is now run by Dirk Stael. Its horses are Belgian draught horses that are checked monthly by a vet. During the tour the coachman gives information about the city, and the trams are accessible for groups, families and people with reduced mobility.
