I. Stable note
In their own words.
Stajnia Azyl is a horse yard in Poland that takes in neglected, injured and retired horses, including former racehorses, and rehabilitates them physically and mentally. The yard keeps more than twenty horses and is run by its founder and trainer Estera, with a second trainer supporting horse rehabilitation. The horses are fed with an emphasis on supplementation and quality feed, and their treatment is carried out in consultation with specialists. The yard also welcomes people with disabilities and physical limitations who want to ride and work with horses.
