Rabea-Maria Ahlert trains horses and coaches their people under the name "it works by nature", east of Lüneburg in Lower Saxony. Her work pairs behaviour science with the emotional side of the horse-human partnership, covering everything from starting young horses fairly to correcting horses that have stopped cooperating. She takes horses in for Beritt and correction training, gives individual lessons, and runs courses and retreats for owners. Western riding is her main discipline.
