Face to Face is the equine training practice of Ulrike Fischer in Leer, East Frisia, built around the working relationship between horse and rider. Training simulates everyday and deliberately unusual situations so horses gain confidence and riders learn fair, clear leadership. Alongside individual sessions she runs courses and events on horse behaviour and handling. The practice also offers magnetic-field and laser therapy for horses. Her guiding principle is that everything is possible and nothing is compulsory.
