De Paardenbasis is a training centre in Achtmaal in the south of the Netherlands, run by Marion since 2001. It teaches riders and their horses according to the Academic Art of Riding, combining groundwork, handwork, lunging and riding. Training is offered online and on site through private lessons, training days, training weeks and weekend clinics. The centre also runs a two-year instructor course and has a theory room, stables and pasture for outdoor training.
