Chanceland Farm is a 191-acre Thoroughbred farm in West Friendship, Maryland, working with horses from foaling to racing. Racehorses recovering from injury or surgery, on a break or preparing to return to the track are cared for with stalls, paddocks, round pens, a covered free walker and a vibrating floor. A 5-furlong dirt track, grass gallops, a swimming pond and a training barn are used to educate young horses. The farm also prepares horses on consignment for sales.
