Yosemite Trails offers guided horseback trail rides near Yosemite's south entrance, from one- and two-hour rides to a five-hour ride to the Grizzly Giant sequoia. Every ride begins with a hands-on riding lesson in an arena, so no prior experience is needed. The rides use the company's own American Quarter Horses, which are raised in the high Sierras for trail work. The business is a small family-run pack station.
