V6 Ranch is a 20,000-acre working cattle ranch near Parkfield on California's Central Coast, run by the Varian family since 1961. Guests ride with the family on dude ranch getaways, cattle drives, scenic trail rides and private rides. Cowboy and rodeo academies teach ranch skills such as roping, sorting, gathering cattle and barrel racing. The ranch also hosts horsemanship clinics and workshops, and the family raises cattle and horses.
