Ulrike Bencke teaches biomechanically correct riding from her base in Düdenbüttel, Lower Saxony. Her lessons treat seat and posture as the route to freer, healthier movement in the horse and to fewer riding-related injuries. Alongside seat training and general instruction she works with cavalletti and pole exercises, lungeing and groundwork, and runs preparation courses for German riding badges. Workshops and seminars are also given at yards belonging to clients, and lessons can be booked as individual packages.
