Linda van der Horst is a Centered Riding instructor and Sure Foot practitioner based in Bangor, Co. Down, Northern Ireland. She coaches riders and horses during rehabilitation and training. Lessons can cover groundwork, lunging, massage, jumping, dressage and the rider's posture and seat. She also offers coaching for people.
