Reit- und Coachingschule Ingrun Meyer-Wellßow teaches riding and coaching through the Feldenkrais method, working with both horse and rider. Lessons centre on body awareness, ease of movement and the dialogue between rider and horse rather than on competition results. Ingrun Meyer-Wellßow helps riders clarify their own goals and accompanies them over the longer term. An online training academy and a podcast extend the teaching beyond in-person lessons. Sessions are arranged by appointment.
