Equine Escapes offers guided one- and two-hour trail rides in the Cascade foothills, about 45 minutes from Seattle. It also runs horsemanship workshops and camps at its own facility. Equine-guided sessions for people, such as mindfulness, intuition and private coaching, are offered with the horses. Many of the horses in the herd are rescues, and some are kept in a sanctuary for life.
