Ecurie de Valanto is a small family equestrian yard in a village near Châteauroux, in the Indre department of France. It offers riding for people who want a simple, family-sized structure rather than a large riding centre. The yard supports owners who want to compete their horses in show jumping, dressage, eventing and endurance. It also breeds horses, and some of its own horses are used to accompany riders without a mount. Equine-assisted therapy has been offered for people facing social difficulties for about 15 years.
