Centre équestre de Monthury is a riding centre near Montceau-les-Mines, on the edge of a forest, with a focus on ponies. It offers beginner riding lessons and pony walks during school holidays. It also provides horse boarding (pensions) with spacious stables, grass paddocks and access to dressage and jumping areas and a covered arena. Horses on full board receive hay and concentrates several times a day.
