I. Stable note
In their own words.
Birken Stall is a horse farm in Techau near Lübeck, run by Lorena Bahs and her team. It offers riding lessons, individual instruction and riding-pedagogy based work with horses. The yard also provides open stables on a paddock, a riding arena and a trail, along with pony events and courses. Riding is taught in the classical and French and American styles, with attention to the horse's back and biomechanics.
