Reit- und Fahrverein Diek-Bassum e.V. is a riding and driving club based just south of Bassum in the Grafschaft Diepholz district of Lower Saxony, Germany, in a region with a long tradition of horse breeding and equestrian sport. The club offers instruction in vaulting, dressage, show jumping and carriage driving for riders of all ages, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Facilities include two riding halls, a dedicated dressage arena, a large outdoor jumping area, four school horses and an on-site clubhouse with viewing area, plus access to the nearby "Dicke Braken" woodland riding trails. With more than 250 members, Diek-Bassum is one of the region's most active equestrian clubs.
