Reitverein Grün-Weiß-Grün Husum e.V. is an equestrian club founded in 1978 and based at Reiterhof Eggers in the Frisian countryside near Jever, Lower Saxony. Since 2003 the club has been particularly active, with work for children and young people at the centre of everything it does. Members ride and handle both ponies and horses, and the club sets out to build confidence through safe, trusting contact with the animals rather than through competitive results. A family atmosphere, club events and a regular calendar of activities keep the membership close-knit.
