Reit- und Zuchthof Wilms

Reit- und Zuchthof Wilms is a breeding and livery farm at Groß Midlum in Hinte, East Frisia, run as Wilms GbR under farm manager Holger Willms. It breeds and sells its own riding and breeding horses. The yard has an indoor school with 24 boxes, open for riding from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m., with horses fed twice a day and bedded down each evening. A feeding and mucking-out service is included, and the surrounding countryside gives direct hacking from the yard. Summer grazing runs from early May to late October on around 60 hectares of permanent pasture, with horses grouped by age and sex and checked twice daily.
