Blutgeprägte Pferde is a Hanoverian sport-horse breeding programme run by Bernhard von Boehn in the Hannover region. The breeding aim is to cross classical Hanoverian foundation lines with elite thoroughbred blood to produce sound, intelligent horses with genuine athletic ability, particularly for jumping. Breeding stock and broodmares are offered for sale and stallion partnerships are arranged, with matings supported by analysis of WBFSH performance data rather than by fashion. The programme works with the veterinary clinic at TiHo Hannover and with the Landgestüt Celle.
