VidaLibre offers horse-assisted coaching and training led by Franziska Boeger near Apelern in Lower Saxony. The approach uses horses as honest mirrors to help clients build self-confidence, overcome inner blocks and reconnect with their authentic selves, with no riding experience required. Sessions combine ground work, horsemanship and personal-development coaching, including a special focus on highly sensitive people. Mobile sessions are available and a free introductory consultation can be booked.
