Trinity Equestrian Center uses its horses in equine-assisted therapy for people dealing with PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression and grief. Sessions involve working with the horses on the ground, where participants build trust and confidence. The center also offers adaptive riding for participants with physical, mental or sensory needs, led by PATH certified instructors and trained volunteers. Programs are offered as individual and small group sessions tailored to each participant's goals.
