Transitions Acres is a non-profit farm near Tavistock, Ontario, built around a herd of rescue horses. It offers equine-assisted learning and wellness sessions, along with relationship-based riding lessons and a Saddle Club for ages 5 and up. The farm also runs summer camps, corporate team days and group experiences such as the Cowgirl Kickback. It was founded in 2021 by Alisha Wilson.
