Therapeutic Hooves offers personalised, equine-assisted wellbeing sessions for children, young people and adults with mental health difficulties, neurodiversity, physical disabilities or other additional needs. Sessions take place alongside the organisation's own horses and focus on nature-based activities and therapeutic exercises. Programmes are delivered through 1:1 and group interventions aimed at emotional regulation, confidence and self-esteem. Each session is adapted to the individual rather than following a fixed programme.
