THE WAY offers individual and team coaching for managers and executives, assisted by horses. Sessions take place in an arena with a horse at liberty, and no riding skills are required. Each programme has three stages: a presentation, the experience with the horse, and a debriefing. The approach is based on the Horses&Coaching method and aims to build relational posture and shared trust within teams.
