The RIDE Foundation is a non-profit that helps people with emotional trauma through hands-on activities with horses. Its programs serve groups such as veterans and first responders, survivors of violent crime, and community youth. The foundation gentles wild mustangs from the Bureau of Land Management while participants work with them. Participants learn nonverbal communication, leadership, and self-confidence through these horse-based activities.
