The Red Barn is a nonprofit that offers equine-assisted programs for individuals with disabilities, especially those in low-income families. Children ride horses at the barn each week, and lessons aim to build strength, confidence, and independence. The organization opened in 2012 and serves 100 children a week. Its programs include Equine Assisted Horsemanship and Equine Assisted Learning.
