The Happy Hippocampus is a farm in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina that offers coaching using horses. Clients work with the farm's horses to reconnect with their bodies and restore their nervous systems. Sessions are offered in person at the farm or online. The horses are kept with minimal tack during the social-emotional work, which relies on presence and relationships. The farm also runs experiential learning and horse activities for families and teams.
