Take the Rein Counseling Center offers individual therapy, couples and family therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy. In equine-assisted psychotherapy, clients take part in physical activities involving horses while they process their thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. The center works with children, adolescents and families on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. Sessions are offered in person at the ranch and by telehealth, with bilingual services.
