Sylvia Schlichte offers horse-assisted coaching for women, with sessions held with horses on the ranch in Amtzell and online. Options include single sessions, a five-session block and a longer one-to-one programme. Group resilience workshops, retreats and multi-day seminars combine resilience training with horse-based exercises. No riding experience is needed, and participants can also work from the fence.
