Surmount Counseling provides equine-assisted psychotherapy and learning for children, teens, adults, and families in the Roaring Fork Valley. Sessions use horses in partnership with clients to support mental health and personal growth. The practice follows the Eagala Model, which focuses on learning through action rather than traditional talk therapy. Group workshops in equine-assisted learning are also offered.
