Stride Ahead is a non-profit that empowers people in need by partnering with horses. Its programs include therapeutic riding, Equine Assisted Learning and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. In psychotherapy sessions, licensed mental health professionals work with certified equine specialists to support clients. Stress Relief sessions and a Veterans Program give individuals time to unwind and heal with the horses.
