Stars and Strides is a therapeutic equine center that uses horses to help people work through emotional, physical, cognitive and social challenges. Sessions follow the Eagala model, with a licensed mental health professional, a qualified equine specialist and horses working together on the ground in the arena. The center offers individual and group sessions for children, adults and veterans, as well as equine assisted activities for school groups. Sessions are by appointment and run year-round, weather permitting.
