Stable Reins offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Sessions take place on the ground with horses, with no riding involved. The work follows the EAGALA model, with a licensed mental health professional and an equine specialist on the team. Sessions are solution-focused and aim at personal growth, coping skills, and improved relationships.
