Stable Living offers counselling for youth, adults and couples, both in the office and through equine-assisted psychotherapy. Equine-assisted sessions take place on its farm, where clients work with horses. The approach uses the relationship clients build with the horses to support healing and growth. The practice also offers telehealth visits and treats issues such as anxiety, trauma, grief and relationship difficulties.
