Stable Connections of TN offers equine-assisted learning, an experiential approach to personal growth that takes place with horses on the ground. Sessions are one-to-one and workshops are also offered. The work focuses on emotional regulation, self-trust, boundaries and relational skills. No riding is involved and no horse experience is needed. The approach is described as trauma-informed.
