SPURS is a therapeutic horseback riding center in Aberdeen, South Dakota, founded in 1992. It provides horse-related activities for children and adults with special needs, including cerebral palsy, developmental delays and multiple sclerosis. Riders learn safety and responsibility by feeding, grooming and prepping their horses. Volunteers support the program.
