Spirit Ride Therapeutic Riding Center offers Equine Assisted Services, combining equine assisted learning and therapeutic riding. Lessons are private and individualized for each client, aiming to build physical, emotional, social, cognitive, behavioral and educational skills. The program serves children ages 6-17 in Western North Carolina, and clients must be referred by a community professional. Services are provided free of charge to accepted clients and are facilitated by certified equine interaction professionals.
