SMART with HEART offers therapeutic riding through its Adaptive Riding program. Certified therapeutic riding instructors teach riders basic riding and horsemanship skills adapted to each participant's individual needs. Sessions are led by PATH Intl. certified instructors and use the organization's specially trained therapy horses. The program aims to build balance, coordination, communication skills, and self-awareness. The organization is a PATH Intl. accredited premier center serving Sarasota and Manatee counties.
