Sequoia Counselling provides counselling and psychotherapy for children, youth, and adults, available in person, by phone, or by video. Equine-assisted psychotherapy is one of its services, using horses in sessions to support reflection, skill-building, and healing from past wounds. Equine therapy is offered in Innisfil, Ontario, while the office is in South East Barrie. The practice works with trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
