Schlehenhof is a practice for animal-assisted education and therapy run by Kirsten Wegner-Thomsen. Children and young people with developmental difficulties are supported through working with horses and ponies. The yard runs workshops on groundwork and psychosocial work with horses, and certified training as an assistant trainer in therapeutic riding. It also offers Reiterpass and lunging badge courses.
