Schermer Coaching offers horse-assisted communication and stress-management training for people. The sessions take place on the ground with the horses, and no riding is involved. Offerings include 90-minute individual coaching, team coaching, and day seminars of about six hours with a maximum of six participants. Seminars are held at the Big DD Ranch, and workshops without horses are also offered.
