Rising Stars of Equestrian Therapy offers equine-assisted therapy for children and adults with special needs, including people with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and PTSD. Its programme uses therapeutic horses, with volunteers who lead the horses and support the riders. The organisation also provides therapeutic and recreational horseback riding lessons. Sessions take place on Saturday mornings in San Dimas, California.
