Polyvagal Equine Institute (PVEI) offers in-person and virtual workshops, trainings and interventions for people. Its work combines Polyvagal Theory with interactions with horses to help people learn to regulate their nervous systems. The institute also offers digital courses, a 12 month program and webinars. Some of its programs can be done with video material instead of live horses.
