Friederike Bathe runs an equine therapy practice in Gnarrenburg in the Elbe-Weser region. Her work combines hoof orthopaedics, equine osteopathy, physiotherapeutic training and feeding advice, and she treats causes rather than symptoms. Positive-reinforcement training is used to build what she calls movement-competent, self-confident horses. Rehabilitation horses can stay on site, and she runs courses for owners who want to carry the work on themselves.
